London - We are pleased to announce that Alexander Larsen, President of Baldwin Global Risk Services Ltd in the United Kingdom, has developed a 1-day course on Reputation Risk Management for the Institute of Risk Management (IRM) and will be delivering the first session in London on March 28th, followed by another session on 25th September 2019.
People are more aware than ever of the global, ethical and environmental issues that exist in our world today and this is increasingly influential in driving consumer buying behaviours. The reputation of companies and organisations, which often takes years or decades to build and which is often considered a competitive advantage, is more exposed than ever. The availability of technology allowing anyone to share news, thoughts or rumours to millions of people at the click of a button means that the reputation of organisations can be damaged with greater impact than before and with less time to respond. The course developed for the IRM aims at preparing risk professionals, managers and executives to better protect their organisations' reputation from the various risks it is exposed to.
